SKEMA Business School [formed by the recent merger of Ceram and ESC Lille] has a student body of over 6200 students. Over one third of its students are international students, coming from nearly 40 countries.
Its campus is located in the core of one of Europe’s leading technology parks. The campus benefits from the presence of 1,300 companies in the near vicinity (Information and communication technologies, sciences). SKEMA Business School now operates from six different sites: in France (Lille, Paris La Villette, Paris La Défense and Sophia Antipolis), China (Suzhou), Morocco (Casablanca) and the USA (Raleigh, NC), The campuses are located in well-known science parks or business centres and offer students exceptional opportunities and career prospects. Sophia Antipolis was established in 1960 to rival Silicon Valley in the USA. Located just above Nice and Cannes on the French Riviera, there are 9 universities and research institutes on the site, together with many international hi-tech companies. The quality of life is excellent with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year, near to the Mediterranean beaches, ski stations (lower Alps) and many ancient villages as well as vibrant towns like Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and St Tropez. Italy is 40 minutes away by car, and the location is ideal as a hub to explore Europe. Nice Cote d’Azur international airport is the second largest in France
